The Requirement:
This stunning property demanded high quality, thermally efficient windows, doors and feature glazing to make the most of the outstanding views.
The owners particularly wanted to enjoy maximum lake views in comfort.
The Solution:
Marlin installed high performance Smart Alitherm 400, with a flat, square edged profile to achieve the contempoary look required.
Designed for projects that demand the highest quality aluminium window, Alitherm 400 profiles are extruded from 100% recycled aluminium billet and feature extended, chambered polyamide thermal breaks, allowing Alitherm to achieve excellent thermal performance.
For the feature glazing in the property Marlin manufactured and installed Smart EcoFutural windows and MC600 floor to ceiling glazing.
Smart EcoFutural is designed for optimum thermal and weather performance with a contemporary look.
For the stunning entrance to the property our curtain wall was used to construct a huge panoramic window which has created an impressive architectural feature filling the property with light and making the most of the truly spectacular surroundings.
This property also featured our handsome bi-fold doors.
