Powder Coating
To guarantee the highest quality paint finish all of our aluminium profiles are polyester powder coated to Qualicoat Seaside Class standards by our systems suppliers using the very latest paint application techniques guaranteed for 25 years. Qualicoat specifications are designed to ensure the highest quality coated products for use in architectural applications.
Extensive choice of colours
We can offer an extensive range of standard and non standard RAL colours and textured/metallic paint.
For a perfect finish, colour coordinated handles and hinges are also possible to ensure a seamless blend between frame profiles and accessories.
Insulated Low-E Glass Units
Our glass is exclusively manufactured by Guardian Glass, chosen by us because of the exceptional natural daylight light transmission, energy bill reducing thermal insulation and solar control.

ClimaGuard® A+ Low E Glass
Our standard glass used in our windows and doors is ClimaGuard® A+ low emissivity (Low-E) glass.
A glass and frame combination that will help protect your home from the extremes of external heat and cold while enabling reduced energy consumption and cost. It can also protect from sunlight, reduce noise and improve safety and security.
It’s exceptional light transmitting properties, superior to other Low-E glass, can maximise natural light and enhance the views from your home.
Glazing that meets new building regulation standards aimed at reducing energy demand and cutting carbon emissions introduced in June 2022 with the highest performance requirements in terms of transparency and solar heat gain.
Guardian ClimaGuard® A+ allows solar heat to pass through the glazing, which is then retained within the building by the low-E coated glass. This means a positive effect on your heating costs during winter months and improved comfort levels in your home.

Impact Safety Windows and Doors
Toughened and laminated glazing with impact safety, security, soundproofing and heat retaining qualities.
Glazing Bars
Our flat astragal bars can be positioned over cavity duplex spacer bars and are bonded to the external faces of the sealed unit to authentically replicate the appearance of Art Deco style glazing.
Available in 25mm and 41mm widths the aluminium astragal bars can be powder coated to match the frame colour and be applied in horizontal or vertical layouts and cruciform grids to give the appearance of multiple sealed units.
Lead Work
If you require lead work details to sealed units we are able to recreate existing designs using traditional materials and techniques including antique aged lead work with soldered joints.
Lead work can also be combined with coloured and patterned films, bevels and obscure glass to produce unique designs to suit contemporary properties or to create a traditional stained glass effect.
