Our standard lead time for manufacture is 5-6 weeks for stock colours. However, this can vary during very busy periods and we advise you to contact us for current lead times.

At what stage do I need a site survey?

In order for a site survey to be carried out, the openings will need to be completed. Where doors are to be installed the finished floor level must be known in order to achieve the desired threshold height.

In certain circumstances, it is possible to carry out a survey without the opening being fully complete, however in this case the manufacturing sizes would need to be agreed and signed off before manufacturing takes place.

All of our door systems allow for a flush finish to internal floors avoiding the need for a large step over the threshold area.

Very. Our doors have been designed and tested to ensure they meet our exacting industry leading standards.

We only use Avocet ABS diamond rated cylinders in our door systems including for PAS 24 applications. Avocet ABS is the only security cylinder which has the TS007 3 STAR rating, SS 312 Sold Secure and Secured by Design Police approved accreditation combined – keeping your home, safe and sound.
