The Property

A new build SIP self build house in the village of Kirk Ella on the Western outskirts of Kingston upon Hull.

The Requirement

Slim, thermally efficient and secure aluminium glazing was required throughout the entire property that would have a designed in MVHR ventilation system installed. A large internal screen with slim frame work was also needed to separate the front entrance hall from the kitchen and main living areas.

The Solution

We recommended our popular Alitherm Heritage windows and doors for all external locations and for a perfect match this was complimented by our versatile Heritage internal screen range for the hall. Due to MVHR technology, trickle vents were not required to any of the external glazing which kept the framework heads as slim as possible in all locations.
