SOL*Umbra garden pergolas create a perfect link between indoor and outdoor living space.
The roof slats of the SOL*Umbra pergola can be rotated up to 120 degrees, providing optimal comfort by allowing you to fully enjoy the sun or to control sunlight with different levels of shade. With an integrated motorised system, all of the pergola’s aluminium roof slats can be opened and closed simultaneously at the touch of a button.
Rotating roof slats also enable you to completely close the roof to provide protection from rain if there is a sudden change in the weather. Sensors to detect rain or wind can also be specified to detect rainfall or adverse wind conditions and will automatically close the slatted roof. An integrated gutter system with concealed drainage system directs rain water to the ground within the roof support posts.
To meet your individual needs a wide range of options are available to completely personalise your SOL*Umbra pergola. This includes custom screens incorporated between the roof supports to provide privacy or to keep out wind, rain and sun from the sides of the structure.
Pergolas and shade structures can be free standing or attached to an existing building.

The SOL*Umbra pergola is a modular system meaning that individual pergolas can be linked together on any side to create the perfect fit and layout for your outdoor space. How energy efficient are your windows & doors?
All of our products are very thermally efficient; they meet and exceed all current building regulations.
Our aluminium profiles are thermally broken and benefit from high performance double glazing with a centre pane U Value of 1.2 W/m2 as standard. The maximum overall U value of any of our products is 1.6 W/m2, with many of our door and window products offering even lower U Values.
