The Property:

A period Georgian house in the picturesque village of Whixley, in the Harrogate district of North Yorkshire.

The Requirement:

To provide a thermally efficient steel lookalike window and door system with slim framework for a new extension to the rear of the property.

A very important feature was to ensure a sympathetic design to blend in harmony with the new extension and style of the existing property.

The Solution:

After consultation with the project architect Marlin specified slim Alitherm Heritage Windows with matching Heritage Door system as a complete solution.

With narrow widely spaced glazing bars and framework finished in a traditional colour the end result speaks for itself and exceeded all of the clients expectations.
